Keith ThomasADDISONsadly passed away at County Hospital Stafford on the 6th April aged 80 years.
He will be greatly missed by his wife Edna, son Martin and daughter in law Diane and all his family and friends.
A service to celebrate his life will be held at Stafford Crematorium on Tuesday 28th April at 3pm.
Family flowers only with any kind donations in his memory to help support the work of the British Heart Foundation.
